There are two Warranty zones, depending on how close the roof is to breaking surf:
(the sea). This will determine the length of the warranty:
ZONE 1: More than 750m from breaking surf
99% of homes are in Zone 1 and benefit from our full 50 year warranty. This means a Genuine Decra roof in this zone is warranted to remain weather- proof for up to 50 years, while the surface coating is warranted to remain sound for 20 years.
ZONE 2: Less than 750m from breaking surf
Homes built in a severe marine environment (within 750m of breaking surf) are warranted to remain weather-proof for up to 25 years, while the surface coating is warranted to remain sound for 10 years.
