During Simon’s visit, he was able to meet with some customers, some of whom are long standing repeat users of Decra and some who are buying for the first time. Unfortunately, some customers have in the past been persuaded by cheap fakes which often enter the Ugandan market illegitimately. But going down this route has proved a false economy, and those customers usually end up paying far more to have their roofs replaced after a short while than if they’d chosen Genuine Decra in the first place.
