Decra Africa Marketing Manager, Simon Pogson, was in Ethiopia last week, working with exclusive Distributor AB-HAM on plans to increase customer satisfaction and to visit some of our key clients. With a shortage of roof tiles in the Ethiopian market, many customers are turning to AB-HAM as the only trusted source of quality and genuine Decra Roofing products. During his visit, Simon visited the exclusive Sunrise development where executive homes are topped with Decra Heritage tiles and spent two days with AB-HAMS sales teams discussing customer service and how we can better serve our esteemed clients. Having participated in advanced level Decra training, one lucky member of the AB-HAM Decra sales team received an Apple I-Pad as a prize for being the first member of the team to pass his Decra Exam.
