Metalum Liberia has a long history as Decra’s® exclusive Distributor in Liberia, but it was Marketing Manager Simon Pogson’s first visit to Monrovia last week. Simon spent the week with Metalum, taking the time to give additional training to the sales team and spent a day with installers as part of our international Installer training program. “The quality of craftsmanship from Decra® installers in Liberia is incredibly high and the eagerness to learn new and improved methods of doing things really shone though” said Simon. Also spending time with customers, Simon was able to explain the performance differences between Genuine Decra® and fake tiles, and in particular the high level of service customers can expect from our exclusive Distributor.
For reference, customers can see high profile Decra® roof projects all over Monrovia before making a decision on profile and colour. The JFK Hospital and Nigeria House, both on Tubman Boulevard, are excellent examples, not least because they demonstrate Decra’s® superior performance in close proximity to the ocean.
On Friday, Metalum and Decra® hosted a cocktail at the exclusive Mamba Point Hotel where we were very pleased to see many Decra® customers and new friends join us. We look forward to working closely together with all of them in the near future.
