Joe Collins Manager for AHI Africa visited Nabaki Afrika Ltd. Tanzania in September. As part of our customer support program we have designed a product knowledge training course for customer service and sales department staff. Product knowledge is then tested by an exam and at Nabaki, the first two individuals to score 100% in the exam were awarded prizes. Winners were Grace Mbega and Elias Kihulya.
During the visit Mr Collins also went to inspect product installations at Caspian site in Dar Es Salaam where the first phase 22 out of 350 houses are currently being completed.
